Message from the Head of School

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Grey Nun Academy, the only independent, Catholic lower and middle school in Bucks County with a rich history of teaching excellence.

Whether you have a child in the lower (PreK-5) and/or middle (6-8) school grade years, you’ll discover a wide range of academic, co-curricular, interscholastic athletics, and service offerings available to you. Our curriculum engages students and prepares them for the diversity, complexity, and opportunities of the global community.

The Academy teaches children ethical values and a sense of social responsibility at every grade level. Along with our commitment to intellectual inquiry and moral reasoning, our belief in service embodies the Academy’s mission, values, and philosophy.

Our students reach their full potential as learners in an environment that is both challenging and supportive, thanks to the extraordinary expertise and professional development of our faculty and staff.

We provide a warm and nurturing school community in which students work hard and happily, knowing that faculty, staff, family, and peers consistently encourage and support one another. In fact, it has been said often by our parent community that coming to Grey Nun Academy is the equivalent of joining a second family, one where all are welcome and encouraged to participate, and be part of their child’s educational process.

Websites, words, and pictures cannot fully convey life at our school, so I invite you to visit our campus and experience first-hand how we are a true community of students, faculty, staff, and parents who are joined in the pursuit of excellence in academics, fine arts, athletics, and spiritual development.

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. Our hope is that you’ll explore our website and come away with an understanding of the inclusive, dynamic community that makes us so very different from other schools.

Thank you for your interest in Grey Nun Academy and we hope to see you on campus soon!
