  • PreK Lunch Bunch from 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at $15.00 per day.
  • Additional Afternoon from 11:45 a.m.-3:05 p.m.at $35.00 per day (includes Lunch Bunch).
  • Additional technology fee of $100 per student is not included.
  • Monthly figures reflect a deduction of the non-refundable $1,000 deposit due at registration and assume a 10-month payment plan.

PAYMENT PLANS AND SCHEDULES

Each student will receive an Enrollment Contract for Grey Nun Academy. Please return the Contract with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 which will be applied to the total amount of tuition due.

Tuition payment(s) may be made according to the plan of your selection:

Plan A: Full Payment Plan (FPP). Full payment of tuition (less the $1,000 deposit paid at enrollment) is due by July 15, 2018.

Plan B: Three Payment Plan (TPP). One third of your full education costs (less the $1,000 deposit paid at enrollment) is due to FACTS Tuition Management on July 15, 2018. One third is due on November 15, 2018. The remaining balance is due on March 15, 2019.

Plan C: Monthly Payment Plan (MPP). One-tenth of your full education costs (less the $1,000 paid at enrollment) is due to FACTS Tuition Management on July 15, 2018 followed by 9 equal payments. The subsequent payments will be due on the 15th of each month thereafter, from July to April.

 

TUITION

  • All payments with the exception of Plan A must be made via FACTS.
    • To enroll in FACTS Tuition Management, follow the link: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3P9Z8. You may also access FACTS through the Grey Nun Academy website under Admissions; then click on Tuition and Financial Assistance.
  • Multiple Child Sibling Discount
    • First student- full tuition rate
    • Second student- 5% discount
    • Third and subsequent student(s)- 10% discount
  • Additional expenses not covered by tuition include, but are not limited to: uniforms in Grades K – 8, field trips, the optional purchase of beverages and lunches, and school supplies.
  • Families may add up to an additional 6% of the base tuition to their tuition payment. This tax-deductible voluntary contribution assists with Faculty/Staff medical benefits. This donation can be noted on the Enrollment Contract given at time of acceptance or re-enrollment.
  • Tuition for the 2019-20 school year will be determined by the Grey Nun Academy Board of Trustees in early January 2019.

FINANCIAL AID

  • Families may apply for financial aid through the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment program at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3P9Z8. You may also apply to FACTS through the Grey Nun Academy website under Admissions; then click on Tuition and Financial Assistance.

Families residing in Pennsylvania and seeking additional financial aid are encouraged to apply for a PA Tax Credit Scholarship via BLOCS (Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools). BLOCS requires a similar process and an online application, which can be found at www.blocs.org.
